1、基于平台直播、短视频特征（包括流量、供给等）、GMV增长规划、用户消费行为洞察等，制定明确的直播和短视频增长方向，并基于方向拆解关键策略，落地并验证收益，提升大促期内容场GMV爆发和钱效保障； 2、建立高效的跨部门协同机制，推进内容策略和机制、玩法落地，牵引达人和商家生产更多优质内容，完成GMV增长，长期推进内容生态健康生长； 3、沉淀达人、商家内容场增长路径和打法，能通过产品化方式规模化提高大促内容运营效率； 4、探索AI、图文等在平台大促场景中创新应用，推动新能力从探索到落地； 5、建立体系化的监控和诊断机制，及时发现问题并提升协同效率。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上电商策略、直播运营、短视频策略运营等相关经验，有跨境电商/内容电商经验优先； 2、熟悉电商直播/短视频带货链路，了解内容和流量玩法，有系统的运营方法论提炼能力； 3、优秀的策略思考和结构化分析力，数据敏锐度高，能够快速识别关键问题并制定和推进解决方案落地； 4、优秀的跨团队沟通协作和项目推动力，能够在复杂协作环境下推动项目落地； 5、英语可作为工作语言，有美国留学或工作经历者加分。
