1、熟悉跨境物流全链路流程，包括国内揽收、国际海运/空运/陆运、国际化清关、国际化仓运营、末端派送等环节，了解主流跨境物流渠道（如国际快递、专线物流等）的运营模式与优劣势；海关监管政策、清关流程、税务要求及物流市场环境，具备合规运营意识； 2、具备较强的需求调研与方案设计能力，能够快速精准捕捉业务需求，结合公司资源设计高效、可行、成本可控的跨境物流解决方案，具备方案演示与讲解能力； 3、线路运营：负责线路时效、成本及体验相关指标，搭建运营体系，跟踪日常运营数据，跟进日常运营事项（排舱、交接、异常处理、舱位调整、对帐），协调物流商资源确保各项运营指标平稳持续提升； 4、成本优化：详细核算各环节的成本；通过优化路由、整合资源等方式降低物流成本。

1、具备5年以上跨境物流运营工作经验，具备3年跨境物流解决方案设计或运营管控经验者优先； 2、具备良好的沟通协调、业务推进能力，完成各部门的有效沟通，能良好适应复杂、动态的电商工作环境；具备较强的资源整合与谈判能力，能够拓展、维护优质供应商资源，提升合作稳定性； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维和学习能力，能够对复杂的数据进行结构化分析，快速适应跨境物流行业的政策变化与业务发展，主动学习行业新知识、新技能； 4、具备一定的韩语听说读写能力，能够与国际化供应商、客户进行基础沟通。
