日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责拉美电商社交媒体内容全流程策划与落地，独立撰写活动宣传文案、品牌素材、商家成长故事、热点专题内容等，打造适配拉美区域用户偏好的优质内容矩阵； 2、持续追踪TikTok及国际化主流社交平台热点趋势、爆款内容逻辑，结合拉美市场文化特性与用户喜好，挖掘差异化内容创意，输出可落地的内容策划方案； 3、深度参与官方大型峰会、跨境电商主题活动的前期筹划、流程策划、内容筹备与落地执行工作，协助完成活动方案打磨、物料筹备、现场统筹、后期复盘等全链路工作，助力品牌活动与官方形象落地； 4、联动设计、市场、商家运营等跨职能团队，统筹内容素材审核、输出、传播全流程，保障品牌传播口径统一、内容质量优质、落地高效。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，市场营销、新媒体、广告、西班牙语、新闻传播、跨境电商相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的跨部门沟通、统筹协调与多任务处理能力，可高效对接多方合作团队，有序推进各类项目、大型活动落地； 3、拥有良好的审美能力与逻辑思维，对内容结构、文案质感、视觉呈现高度敏感，具备自主优化内容的意识与能力； 4、英语读写流利，能适配国际化业务工作场景； 5、具备优秀的热点敏感度、信息提炼与复盘总结能力，善于从行业趋势、平台热点中挖掘业务价值与内容机会； 6、实习时间稳定，每周可全职在岗5天，能保证不少于6个月持续实习周期。
