1、作为东南亚大促MKT中台，负责区域关键大促的营销包装和玩法设计，支持流量、DAC、GMV等业务目标达成； 2、结合端内用户链路、流量数据，以及端外区域文化和消费认知，完成关键大促的市场洞察，辅助业务判断大促周期、节奏、营销方向； 3、负责关键大促的主题设计，基于业务整体规划、高优项目和用户洞察，判断各国营销主题，下拆对应支持玩法和分阶段推广策略； 4、基于大促规划和主题，设计、迭代配套的营销玩法，通过品牌营销、裂变、创意素材投放等方式，以专项形式完成创意、产品需求、收益追踪链路，并协同各国落地和持续优化。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上营销运营工作经验，包括至少1年电商/交易平台相关经验； 2、熟悉电商营销推广策略和方法，能够基于流量、DAC、GMV等差异化诉求，设计裂变活动、线上/线下主题活动、事件营销等解决方案； 3、对电商业务逻辑有较好理解，了解平台运营全貌和用户链路，知道如何判断和引导用户需求； 4、擅长项目管理，能够推动多方协作，作为中台发起项目、牵引业务动作、提升影响力； 5、自驱力和执行力强；英语优秀，可作为书面和口头工作语言，能接受国内和东南亚出差； 6、有国际化经验加分，有团队管理经验加分。
