1、负责国际电商客服架构设计，研发体系搭建，工程化方案优化，提高研发效率和研发质量； 2、结合LLM等前沿领域，探索、设计并实现AI原生的应用架构； 3、推进AI Coding落地，不限于代码生成、代码评审、自动化测试，提升研发效率与代码质量； 4、设计、落地客服业务场景AI归因、AI Oncall、AI智能告警等体系化建设； 5、设计与实现基于LLM的Agent应用，包括任务规划、对话管理、意图识别、工具/流程编排与执行闭环，帮助业务提效、解决业务痛点。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业背景； 2、熟悉Java/Golang/Python/PHP/C++等至少一门语言，Golang、Java经验者优先； 3、理解大语言模型的基本原理与应用范式，包括PE、RAG、MCP、CoT、MEM和评测等，持续关注业界进展与实践； 4、对AI工具有实际使用与落地经验，熟悉AI Coding流程，有AI赋能研发实践优先； 5、熟悉主流AI开发工具与生态，有Agent实战经验者优先。
