1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上电商、平台或相关行业运营经验；有行业运营、中台运营、商业化策略或平台招商经验者优先； 2、具备预算管理和经营分析能力，能够围绕业务目标拆解预算、评估投入产出，并通过数据发现问题、推动改进； 3、具备较强的活动策划与执行能力，有行业大促、品牌日或跨团队项目经验者优先； 4、具备出色的项目管理和跨部门协作能力，能够在多方参与、资源有限的情况下推进项目并对结果负责； 5、能够使用英语开展工作。
