1、制定并落地商家全生命周期治理策略，管控平台生态风险，提升商家运营绩效与消费者信任度； 2、分析商家生命周期相关数据，挖掘核心趋势、缺口及风险信号，输出可落地的洞察建议、商业案例和优先级项目提案； 3、交叉核验内部工具、调研结果及跨部门反馈，识别高风险商家/行为与问题，按要求及时上报升级； 4、协同产品、算法、商业运营等跨职能团队，拉齐需求，设计适配的解决方案并更新平台SOP； 5、治理项目交付，完成需求收集，推动利益相关方达成共识； 6、承担商家治理专业支撑，协助调研、完善内部知识库，保障运营及政策执行一致性；跟踪治理核心KPI，主动预警生态风险。

1、本科及以上学历，或具备同等实践经验，拥有电商、合规、平台治理等相关领域经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的分析与量化能力，可通过数据佐证假设、推动行动，熟练使用Excel，掌握SQL者优先； 3、沟通表达清晰高效，能影响跨职能利益相关方，将数据洞察转化为可落地的行动建议； 4、可适应复杂工作场景与快速变化的业务环境，具备多任务处理能力，拥有工作责任感； 5、英语能熟练作为工作语言使用，掌握任意一门欧洲语言者优先； 6、有电商平台/政策治理相关经验、跨市场/矩阵式组织协作经验者优先，具备良好的商业思维。
