1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业； 2、熟练掌握JavaScript、CSS、HTML，及动画、协议、安全、网络、性能优化等前端技术，对主流前端框架（React/Vue/Angular等）至少一种有深入应用并深入理解其设计原理； 3、在前端工程化、组件化、低代码、性能优化、质量治理等方向有深入研究者优先； 4、对前后端的协作模式、产品和项目流程有深入理解，能够适度决策技术衍生进度（追求效率最大化），不过度设计； 5、具备良好的服务意识、责任心、优秀的团队沟通与协作能力，有较强的逻辑思维能力、善于分析、归纳、解决问题、热爱前端，关注技术发展。
