1、本科及以上学历，3年以上物流产品运营或相关领域工作经验，有国际电商物流经验者或熟悉商家履约及物流运营（如地址管理、订单跟踪等）者优先； 2、扎实理解物流系统、工作流程及行业基础知识，有物流产品管理或业务分析工作经验者优先； 3、成熟的跨部门沟通能力，能够协调多方利益相关者，共同达成目标，较强的数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题、辅助决策并推动可行的解决方案； 4、电商思维，客户导向，高度负责，积极主动并具有探索精神； 5、英语可作为工作语言。
