1、负责知识产权被动维权规则与运营工作，包括但不仅限于：受理侵权下架通知、侵权判定、申诉处理及特殊个案管理； 2、基于指标监控业务表现，同步跟踪合规案件处置的质量与时效； 3、统筹各类升级问题处置，涵盖著作权、商标、专利、临时限制令及其他合规相关问题，对涉及重点品牌、商家或高法律风险的升级案件进行优先处置； 4、协同平台规则与法务团队，将法规要求落地为可规模化、标准化复用的运营机制； 5、识别业务流程疏漏、侵权违规套路与审核质量风险，制定并落地整改优化方案，针对审核误差、申诉趋势、误判/漏判率开展根本原因分析（RCA），推进整改方案落地；联动产品与AI智能审核团队，提升自动化智能审核的准确率与处理量，基于数据支撑输出业务分析，支持管理团队开展业务复盘，及向多方同步业务进展。

1、本科及以上学历，有信任与安全、电商治理、知识产权维权、风险运营或平台运营相关背景优先； 2、数据处理能力强，能归纳业务趋势、量化工作成效并推动流程优化； 3、书面和口头沟通清晰，具备良好的跨部门协作能力，英语可以作为工作语言； 4、有知识产权维权、版权/商标运营、投申诉系统或法务/流程运营的经验；熟悉电商平台侵权模式及平台特有挑战； 5、有处理申诉、反通知或临时限制令的实操经验；适应跨时区的全球化团队协作。
