1、负责印尼电商行业活动运营，围绕平台重点行业及业务目标，制定行业活动策略，并对SS/S/A级重点活动的整体结果负责； 2、作为项目负责人，独立统筹行业活动全链路推进，协同商家运营、达人运营、营销、产品、算法、策略等多方团队，高效推动项目落地并达成业务目标； 3、深入理解平台业务阶段、行业发展趋势及商家/达人经营诉求，结合不同节点和场景，设计有竞争力的行业活动玩法和运营机制，持续提升活动效率与经营收益； 4、搭建并持续优化行业活动指标体系，基于数据分析、用户反馈和市场洞察，完成活动效果复盘，沉淀方法论并推动策略迭代； 5、整合平台资源，完成行业活动的营销包装和传播放大，提升商家、达人对平台大促和行业活动的参与度、渗透率和投入意愿； 6、挖掘重点行业中的优质商家、达人和标杆案例，沉淀成功经验，形成可复制、可规模化的行业活动运营模式，持续放大平台业务价值，持续关注印尼本地市场、行业竞争态势及平台玩法变化，结合业务目标快速响应，输出兼具前瞻性和落地性的活动解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历，4年以上平台电商经验，了解货架/短视频/直播电商特点、玩法和行业现状，对各平台营销案例、大促玩法设计有了解，能较好的对玩法案例进行包装，输出平台节点大促方案； 2、具备一定的数据分析能力，具备总结沉淀能力，逻辑清晰； 3、自我驱动力强，具备良好的商家达人沟通和对接能力，有团队合作精神； 4、具备熟练的英语口头表达能力，有国际工作经历优先。
