1、负责国际化电商售后与仲裁场景的智能化策略建设，设计自动判责体系与分层决策机制，明确机器直判、人工辅助与人工兜底的适用边界，持续提升平台在复杂纠纷场景下的处理效率与判责一致性； 2、深入理解售后、纠纷、仲裁等业务流程，抽象高价值业务场景，结合大模型能力进行Prompt设计、Agent/Skills编排与策略落地，推动智能能力从试点验证走向规模化应用； 3、持续监控智能覆盖率、准确率、申诉率、人工介入率等关键指标，结合数据分析、一线反馈及商家/用户声音，发现问题并推动策略、模型和流程的迭代优化； 4、识别并防控模型问题、规则漏洞及潜在滥用风险，形成问题发现、分析、优化、验证的完整闭环，不断提升智能化能力在复杂业务中的稳定性、可靠性与可控性； 5、联动算法、研发、客服、运营、合规等团队，将业务需求转化为可落地的产品方案、策略规则与执行路径，推动项目高质量上线，并在体验、成本与合规之间达成最优平衡。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上售后与仲裁智能化策略运营工作经验，具备电商售后、纠纷处理、仲裁判责、策略产品或服务策略相关经验者优先； 2、具备大模型相关实践经验，熟悉Prompt调优、Agent/Tools/Skills等能力设计，对大模型在复杂业务决策场景中的应用有较强理解； 3、熟悉规则引擎、决策流或模型化判责体系，有分类模型、大模型辅助决策、智能审核/智能判责等落地经验者优先； 4、具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL，能够搭建指标体系、完成效果评估、问题归因及策略迭代，能够基于数据驱动业务优化； 5、具备优秀的结构化思考能力、跨团队沟通能力与项目推进能力，能够协同多方资源推动复杂项目持续落地。
