1、负责TikTok业务的电商搜索场景，直播及短视频搜索入口，及电商相关推荐场景中的策略优化，与产品、数据、算法、技术等多团队协同，制定产品和实验方案设计，对人群实验框架和增长指标进行细致分析，对增长结果直接负责； 2、了解各类产品链路和风险，分析产品功能现有策略暴露的问题，制定有效的人群、场景、渠道和内容策略，并推动策略落地，持续提升用户在搜索推荐场景中的体验； 3、负责根据目前的策略，制定并培训可执行的运营流程，与当地团队协作，完成对与推荐体验相关策略的评估； 4、具有较强的电商类视频、直播、商品及节日大促的认知，独立完成产品功能现状分析，搭建评估流程，进行体验评估验证分析结论，能对产品进行可用性测试和分析，并提出改进方案。

1、本科及以上学历，有产品运营相关工作经验，对电商业务有较好认知； 2、英语可作为工作语言，若精通德语、西班牙语、法语、意大利语、巴西葡萄牙语、葡萄牙语其中一种语言可作为加分项； 3、自驱力强，抗压性强，逻辑清晰，乐于分析事件本质，擅长系统性的解决问题，亲和力强，沟通和协同能力卓越，擅长牵引跨部门的合作达成； 4、具备优秀的数据分析能力和敏锐的问题挖掘能力，擅长通过波动的数据去合理的归因； 5、独自承担用户体验视角下的产品项目管理和方案设计，具备创新思维，实现用户体验上的突破。
