1、理解业务目标：负责东南亚电商运费运营，结合补贴率目标和规模目标，拆解执行路径，探索增长机会点； 2、需求收集与数据分析：通过深入的数据分析，挖掘人群、区域、价格带、场景等维度的增长机会点，开展前置性分析以实现目标补贴率下的业务增长； 3、策略设计与迭代：基于用户行为与市场洞察，设计并优化用户增长策略，涵盖运费定价、运费补贴、产品玩法等方向，平衡预算投入、用户体验与商业收益，确保策略投入产出效益； 4、策略评估与验证及算法协同：运用定性与定量结合的评估方法，监控策略的商业影响与风险，持续优化策略效果；主导策略实验及A/B测试设计，验证策略对ROI、GMV等核心指标的提升作用；具备基础算法理解能力，可推动算法策略的优化与落地； 5、项目管理与跨团队协作：负责目标设定、预算控制与流程管理，保障项目从规划到执行的全链路顺畅推进，最终达成商业目标；与算法、数据科学、财务、运营等多团队紧密协作，推动策略落地与产品优化，确保产品策略与业务目标高度契合。

1、具备3年以上用户增长、战略分析或电商运营工作经验，拥有补贴或营销策略设计经验者优先； 2、对数据高度敏感，具备优秀的逻辑思维能力，能够熟练使用SQL、Python、Excel等工具独立完成数据分析；熟悉A/B测试及其在策略验证中的应用；对基本营销增长算法（如Uplift模型、用户行为预测模型）有一定理解，能与算法团队合作设计并优化策略； 3、具备深刻的用户洞察与电商营销玩法经验，能够通过数据和市场调研设计高效、精准的增长策略；熟悉资源分配优化问题（如背包问题、动态规划等），能在复杂约束条件下进行策略优化； 4、英语流利，可作为工作语言，具有国际化工作或生活经验者优先； 5、能够高效管理多个复杂项目，同时兼顾细节与全局； 6、思维开放，学习能力强，能适应快速变化的工作环境；具备商业分析、统计学、计算机科学、数据科学或相关领域的学士及以上学历，能够将相关学术知识应用于实际业务场景。
