1、定义智能代理（Agent）的服务边界，将商家与创作者的服务场景转化为可执行的技能契约（Skill契约），明确覆盖范围、执行权限与操作边界； 2、设计智能代理（Agent）能力依赖的工具层，与产品、研发团队共同定义完成业务动作所需的能力矩阵，而非仅提供信息查询服务； 3、划定自动化服务边界，与政策及区域服务负责人共同决策自动化场景范围、人工服务保留场景及转人工触发条件； 4、负责方案上线验证与跨市场规模化推广，通过实验推动上线并解读结果以判断推广条件，将已验证能力扩展至不同区域、业务模式及商家与创作者群体；同时持续优化服务质量，监控线上解决效果，对失败案例进行根因分析并转化为迭代改进需求； 5、负责自动化指标体系建设，拆解「广义自动化率」至各构成指标并设定目标，在全量推广前完成指标口径对齐。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上服务自动化、对话式AI或大模型应用落地经验，且至少完整负责过一个智能代理（Agent）/机器人能力从设计到上线的全流程； 3、对智能代理（Agent）运行机制有实操理解，包括工具调用（Tool calling）、反应式推理循环（ReAct循环）、上下文构造等核心逻辑；能准确判断检索与工具调用的适用边界，提示词设计为基础能力； 4、实验与技术协作能力：能读懂并质疑A/B实验结论，理解显著性检验、场景与大盘分母差异等核心逻辑；具备SQL或同等自助取数能力；能与研发团队对齐接口定义，包括工具语义、批量行为、失败与幂等处理规则； 5、具备较强的问题解决与变革管理能力，可在多市场、明确期限的环境中横向推动产品、算法、政策与区域服务团队达成目标； 6、具备流利的英语工作能力，拥有多区域市场协作经验。

加分项 1、有电商交易平台经验，或服务创作者/内容生态的经验者优先。
