1、业务策略与预算管理：深入拆解电商业务链路，基于市场趋势、用户需求及业务目标制定核心运营策略；通过多维度数据（GMV、转化率、ROI等）分析，动态优化业务预算分配方案，推动资源向高价值业务模块倾斜，提升整体业务效益与投入产出比； 2、负责电商产品功能的落地推进，牵头协调产品经理明确功能需求与迭代优先级；联动财务、税务、法务等跨职能团队，完成产品功能上线前的合规性评估（如财税合规、法务风险排查），确保产品功能既满足业务需求，又符合内外部合规要求，保障上线效率与质量； 3、统筹外部合作资源，重点负责外包人力（如比价外包、客服外包等）的分配与管理；建立供应商服务标准与考核机制，定期评估外包团队的工作效率与成果，及时协调解决合作中的资源缺口或执行问题，确保外部资源高效支撑电商业务运营。

1、具备3年以上电商策略运营经验，能深度洞察电商业务逻辑，擅长通过业务策略调整驱动增长；数据敏感度高，熟练使用Excel、SQL进行数据分析，可基于数据结论优化预算分配与业务决策； 2、拥有丰富的产品功能落地经验，能高效协调PM与跨职能团队（财税法、技术等），推动复杂项目的跨部门协作；具备较强的沟通协调与问题解决能力，可平衡业务需求与合规要求，保障项目顺利推进； 3、积极主动学习，具备较强的目标导向与抗压能力，能适应电商行业快速变化的业务节奏。
