1、作为策略中台，负责东南亚各国大促的商品和商家端运营，通过招商、选品、搭会场、投放全链路的运营策略和产品迭代，判断增长机会、提升大促GMV爆发和补贴效率； 2、制定大促期间商家权益（Give&Take）策略框架，支持各国拆解商家让利、设计权益分层，推动又多又好又低价的大促商品供给； 3、通过定标、类目分析和追踪、商家和行业侧产品工具迭代等方式，判断关键机会、打造B端营销玩法，提升大促招选的渗透率、让利深度、供给稳定性等指标，最终服务大促GMV增长； 4、负责价格力、品类扶持等专项在大促的策略拆解、定标和落地支持； 5、协同数据分析同等团队，支持大促货品数据看板、市场分析、运营工具等策略和产品基建需求。

1、本科及以上学历，4年以上电商工作经验，包括至少2年电商平台商品/商家运营相关经验；国际化经验和管理经验加分； 2、对电商大促策略有全局视角，了解B端商品和商家运营如何符合关键指标达成，能够结合GMV爆发、补贴效率等视角判断全局关键机会点； 3、熟悉电商平台大促和招选玩法，对招商、选品、搭会场、投放、商家端玩法、平台营销工具有较完整的全链路认知，能够基于国家现状整合玩法权益、判断关键增长机会； 4、卓越的沟通协作能力，能够将增长策略个性化拆解为各国目标、方案，并拉齐协作方式和预期、推动各方支持； 5、扎实的数据分析和产品运营功底，能主动、熟练的获取数据并做分析，判断问题和机会；能够基于策略落地和效率优化需求，整合产品需求、完成BRD、沟通产品研发侧推进落地； 6、英语优秀，可作为书面和口头工作语言；能接受国内和东南亚出差。
