1、本科及以上学历，3年以上运营相关工作经验，优先国际电商平台客服方案或者体验运营设计或者国际物流相关工作经验； 2、具备业务分析能力，能通过数据和案例分析暴露业务现状痛点，将业务需求产品化分解并推动实现； 3、有很强的业务推动力和跨团队、跨职能的沟通协调能力； 4、有快速学习的能力、较强的项目管理能力； 5、具备较强的英语能力，尤其是听说的能力，英语阅读能力，有互联网体验运营、物流、商家服务相关工作经验优先。
