1、定义业务目标：根据公司战略，清晰理解指导策略的目标，设定优先级，推动策略落地； 2、需求收集与数据分析：熟悉电商平台的营销玩法与补贴机制，通过深入的数据分析，挖掘人群与行业等增长机会点，进行前置性分析以准确评估策略需求的覆盖范围与影响； 3、策略设计、迭代与评估：基于用户行为与市场洞察，设计并优化用户增长策略，包括但不限于人群细分、优惠券发放及预算最优分配，平衡预算、用户体验与收益，确保策略的高效性与可行性；通过定性与定量评估方法，监控策略的商业影响和风险，持续优化策略效果，主导策略实验及A/B测试设计，验证策略对核心指标（如ROI、GMV）的提升效果； 4、项目全流程管理：负责目标设定、预算控制和流程管理，确保项目从规划到执行的顺利推进，最终实现商业目标； 5、跨团队协作：与算法、数据科学、财务、运营等团队紧密合作，推动策略落地与产品优化，确保产品策略与业务目标的高度一致性。

1、具备2年以上用户增长、互动玩法、电商运营相关经验，拥有补贴或营销策略设计经验者优先； 2、对数据高度敏感，具备优秀的逻辑思维能力，能够熟练独立完成数据分析；熟悉A／B测试及其在策略验证中的应用；对基本营销增长算法（如Uplift模型、用户行为预测模型）有一定理解，能与算法团队合作设计并优化策略； 3、具备深刻的用户洞察与电商营销玩法经验，能够通过数据和市场调研设计高效、精准的增长策略； 4、具备或能快速学习国际化市场（东南亚优先）相关知识，包括不限于竞争环境、用户习惯、风俗人情等； 5、英语流利，可作为工作语言，具有国际化工作或生活经验者优先； 6、能够高效管理多个复杂项目，同时兼顾细节与全局。
