1、负责女装行业的商家运营工作，招募卖家入驻，能针对目标企业的需求，结合平台的特点及发展方向，找到双方的共同利益点，提升品牌商家对平台合作意愿； 2、结合所负责业务线的发展阶段和品类结构需求制定详细的品类计划，推动商家完成目标商品的上线； 3、负责商家的合作洽谈与上线运营，前期保障商家入驻链路，后期通过各类运营手段，保障商家成长； 4、积极开展市场调查、商家分析工作，并及时反馈市场信息，指导商家进行商品企划和开发，并推动选品上线。

1、本科及以上学历，具备服饰类目商家运营经验（招买运）者优先； 2、熟悉女装行业，对品类生态链路有一定的认知了解，对相关类目产业带、产品价格、品牌熟悉，有一定商家资源； 3、数据分析能力强，能通过数据对于行业动向、项目管理有分析结果、归纳总结； 4、商务和沟通能力强，具备较好资源拓展能力，能有效调动商家资源； 5、学习能力、执行力强，自驱，善于团队协作。
