1、本科及以上学历，具备结构化思维及数据分析能力，有商业或数据分析经验者优先，英语可作为工作语言； 2、具备电商平台整合营销、大促活动操盘经验，熟悉非中地区市场者优先； 3、熟悉短视频及直播电商玩法，擅长活动创意策划、用户产品推进及数据分析； 4、对用户需求有敏锐洞察力，能结合用户反馈持续优化活动方案，具备良好的消费趋势及热点敏感度； 5、优秀的沟通能力、执行力及项目管理能力，自驱力强，能适应快节奏的工作环境； 6、对营销新玩法充满兴趣，善于探索并应用新工具和策略以提升用户粘性与市场表现。
