日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持国际化电商直播数据分析，深入理解电商业务，驱动业务科学决策，助力快速增长； 2、基于对商家、达人、商品、直播的理解，通过科学的指标体系定义和探索性数据分析，准确描述业务现状，快速发现、定位各个业务与技术方向的问题与机会； 3、将复杂问题进行拆解定义，根据业务需求完成专项分析与洞察； 4、与协同团队紧密配合，支撑团队横向数据建设。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计学、计算机、经济学等相关专业； 2、过往有相关实习经验优先，熟练掌握SQL及相关数据库操作，有夯实的统计学基础，过往有AB实验经验优先； 3、能实习3个月以上且保障一周至少4天onsite，5天全勤或可实习6个月以上优先； 4、能够主动、独立思考，有良好的沟通协作能力，英文流利优先。
