1、流程精益优化：负责快递中转、分拣、配送全链路核心环节的流程设计与优化，搭建标准化作业体系；基于VSM/5S/SWOT等方法，主导中转场操作流程规划、集散集包环节流程设计，合理选型与推广作业工具，输出《中转场/网点操作流程手册》等标准化文件，解决现场作业瓶颈，提升整体作业效率与标准化水平； 2、人力效率管理：通过标准工时测定，动作分析等，建立科学的人力配置模型与排班优化体系，结合订单量波动规律，动态调整人员配置及配套资源，平衡作业需求与人力成本；持续监控人员效率指标，输出优化方案，实现人效提升与人力成本精准管控； 3、设备应用与规划：负责分拣设备、自动化设备的全生命周期管理与应用规划，搭建设备投入产出比（ROI）评估模型，优化设备运维与使用效率；主导自动化设备在快递场景的适配与落地，推动设备工业化升级，提升作业自动化、智能化水平； 4、成本管控与资源效益分析：聚焦场地流程、资源配置等核心维度，通过流程优化、资源整合等方式实现人效提升与成本优化；开展人力外包成本分析，搭建外包价格模型，精准核算外包成本，输出成本优化建议，实现资源效益最大化； 5、质量复盘与持续改善：建立常态化质量复盘机制与数据追踪体系，监控作业效率、成本、质量等核心指标，识别管理漏洞与改善空间；制定持续改善方案并推动落地，形成“分析-优化-落地-复盘”的闭环管理； 6、系统迭代与技术落地：参与TMS系统功能设计与迭代优化，基于业务场景输出合理的设计理念与功能需求，推动系统与现场作业深度适配；探索AI技术、视频技术在库内作业中的应用，甄别流程浪费（等待、冗余动作等），实现精益管理数字化、可视化；跨部门协作与精益项目推进：联动中转、运输、场地规划等部门，参与中转场、运输场地的库内布局设计，确保场地布局符合效率优化与作业需求；主导精益优化项目（如5S管理、精益生产推广等），推动精益理念落地，提升组织整体运营能力。

1、本科及以上学历，工业工程、物流管理、供应链管理、机械工程等相关专业优先； 2、3年及以上物流快递行业IE相关工作经验，熟悉快递中转、分拣、配送全流程，有中转场流程优化、自动化设备应用、精益项目落地经验者优先； 3、精通IE基础工具（流程分析、动作分析、时间研究、线平衡等），熟练掌握精益管理方法（5S、持续改善、价值流分析等），能独立主导流程优化与精益项目； 4、具备人力配置模型搭建、排班优化、成本分析能力，能运用数据分析工具（Excel、SQL、Power BI等）挖掘问题、输出方案； 5、了解快递行业自动化分拣设备、TMS系统功能逻辑，有系统需求设计或设备ROI评估经验者加分； 6、具备AI技术、视频分析技术在物流场景应用经验，或熟悉人力外包成本管控逻辑者优先。
