1、商业、运营或合规相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、具备较强的分析与量化能力，能以数据和指标支撑判断、推动落地；熟练使用Excel，掌握基础SQL者优先； 3、有电商、市场运营或政策相关项目管理工作经验，具备良好的商业敏感度者优先； 4、沟通表达能力出色，能借助分析洞察与项目管理影响业务决策，并有效对接技术与非技术受众； 5、责任心强、自驱且结果导向，勇于创新；逻辑清晰，善于探究事物本质、系统性解决问题能力。
