1、围绕平台B端商家经营场景，负责商家商品侧产品运营工作，持续推动商家在店铺经营与商品经营关键链路中的体验优化与效率提升； 2、协同产品、研发、行业运营、治理、数仓等团队，推动商家产品与商品产品能力的落地和持续迭代，结合商家分层、行业特征及经营链路识别关键问题并输出策略方案，提升商家经营效率、平台供给质量与产品渗透效果；具备较强的跨团队项目推动能力，能够独立负责复杂项目的目标拆解、方案设计、资源协同、落地推进与效果复盘，联动产品、研发、算法、数仓及业务团队形成可追踪、可验证、可规模化推广的运营闭环； 3、持续学习行业内优秀AI服务产品实践，围绕AI产品在平台、私域等不同渠道下对商家及行业运营的服务场景，支持AI能力在商家和运营侧的渗透与扩展； 4、从业务视角下钻Agent关键Skill，围绕被动问答、主动服务等场景协同多方开展专题优化，沉淀沟通表达与服务策略优化方法，并协同行业运营沉淀优质样本用于训练；同时结合行业优秀实践、业务调研和一线反馈等不断迭代产品需求； 5、具备从业务视角搭建评估框架与指标体系的能力，围绕商家产品、商品产品及AI运营产品，建立覆盖渗透率、使用率、留存率、问题解决率、人工替代率及经营结果等关键指标的分析体系，并持续跟踪产品能力与业务结果之间的关联。

1、本科及以上学历，具备电商平台、B端产品运营、商家运营、策略运营或相关岗位经验； 2、有商家产品运营、商品产品运营、运营产品运营经验者优先； 3、对AI前沿技术保持较高热情和好奇心，能够理解AI在运营提效、智能服务、商家服务等场景中的应用逻辑，具备较强的业务敏感度与产品判断力； 4、具备较强的项目管理与沟通协调能力，能够推动产品、研发、算法、数仓、业务运营等多团队协同，保障复杂项目高质量落地； 5、具备良好的数据分析能力和结构化思考能力，能够独立搭建业务指标体系，通过数据分析定位问题、从复杂现象中提炼关键矛盾，形成清晰的策略判断和运营方案； 6、英语可作为工作语言。
