1、广告策略制定与落地： 1）负责印尼半托管业务广告投放策略制定与执行，围绕商品结构、商家分层、素材策略制定差异化广告打法； 2）搭建并优化广告投放模型，包括出价策略、预算分配、素材标准等，持续提升广告ROAS； 3）对广告GMV目标负责，制定阶段性增长规划并推动达成； 2、数据分析与效果优化： 1）建立广告效果监控体系，追踪指标（GMV、ROAS、CTR、CVR、CPM等），定期产出分析报告； 2）通过数据洞察识别投放瓶颈，输出可落地的优化策略，实现广告效率的持续提升； 3）深入分析商品与广告的匹配关系，优化选品、素材对广告效果的正向驱动； 3、跨团队协同与产品优化： 1）与产品、算法团队紧密合作，反馈业务需求，推动广告产品功能迭代； 2）与商品策略、营销补贴、内容运营团队协同，确保广告策略与整体业务策略对齐、最大化广告GMV结果； 3）关注平台动态和广告投放政策变化策略，做出相应的调整和解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上电商广告投放或广告策略运营经验，有跨境电商或东南亚市场经验者优先； 2、精通主流电商广告平台的投放逻辑和优化方法论； 3、具备较强数据分析能力，具备优秀的策略思维和结构化思考能力，能从数据中提炼洞察并转化为可落地的策略； 4、具备较强的目标感和结果导向思维，对ROAS、GMV等电商广告指标有深刻理解； 5、具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，能有效推动项目落地； 6、英文可作为工作语言。
