1、负责ID半托管业务的营销券整体规划，包括平台券、品类券等多种券类型的策略设计、预算分配与效果追踪； 2、统筹半托管活动（如平台Mega Campaign、Pay Day、SEMI Peak Day等）及日常营销场景的券补贴方案，制定券面额、折扣、门槛、发放量、券Cap等参数； 3、搭建券核销率、ROI、拉动GMV等指标监控体系，持续迭代优化券策略组合；熟悉券AB Test实验方案设计体系，推动DS、算法、产品侧设计实验验证补贴策略对商品孵化效率、GMV的拉升效率及ROAS； 4、构建商品价格监控价值和议价比价流程，推动BD团队对于商品议价机制，提升商品价格优势比例； 5、联动产品、技术、商家运营等团队，推动券工具能力建设及系统优化。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上电商运营/营销策略/价格管理工作经验； 2、具备优秀的逻辑思维和策略拆解能力，能将业务目标拆解为可落地的运营动作； 3、对电商平台补贴、优惠券、定价策略有深入理解，了解常见的券/补贴产品形态与玩法； 4、具备较强的跨团队沟通协作能力，能有效推动产品、技术等多方资源达成目标； 5、自驱力强，能在快速变化的业务环境中主动发现问题并推动解决； 6、英语流利，可作为日常工作语言。
