1、设计相关专业本科及以上学历，海外设计院校毕业为佳，英语可作为工作语言； 2、1-5年视觉设计、产品设计或UI/UX相关经验，拥有能展示出色技艺与清晰产品逻辑的作品集； 3、熟练掌握Figma的使用，有Motion使用经验为佳，在布局、排版、色彩、图标、视觉层次和动效方面有扎实功底； 4、能够设计端到端的用户体验，而非仅仅绘制静态界面； 5、善于梳理产品流程、定义问题，并探索多种设计方向。
