1、负责印尼行业（如美妆、服饰、家居、消费电子等）的整体孵化与增长策略规划与落地，明确行业发展阶段与目标拆解，驱动行业规模化增长； 2、基于TikTok Shop和Tokopedia平台特性，结合印尼本地消费趋势与竞争格局，制定差异化的行业运营与孵化策略，打造可复制的行业方法论和策略打法； 3、通过行业画像与商家结构分析，识别高潜细分赛道与关键商家类型，设计分层孵化策略（如标杆商家培育、腰部商家扶持、新兴品类孵化等），优化行业供给结构； 4、深入理解行业内商家在不同发展阶段的共性痛点与关键需求，搭建数据驱动的“行业—商家”全链路运营框架，提升行业整体经营效率； 5、设计并推进面向行业的重点项目、任务与激励机制（如行业专项激励、活动、生态合作等），通过AB测试等方法量化评估策略效果与ROI，持续优化与迭代孵化路径； 6、搭建并监测行业核心指标体系，跟踪行业规模、渗透率、商家结构、供给健康度等关键指标，对OKR进行拆解与归因，并基于数据及时调整行业发展方向；跨团队协同商品、活动、产品等团队，推动平台能力与资源在重点行业的落地，形成闭环的行业孵化机制。

1、具备3年及以上电商或互联网运营/策略/商业分析相关经验，有行业规划、类目运营或生态孵化经验者优先； 2、有中小商家或规模商家服务经验，熟悉至少一个电商行业/类目的商家经营模式与成长路径，对行业发展规律有自己的理解； 3、具备较强的行业洞察与结构化思考能力，能够从行业视角设计并推进系统性的孵化与增长策略； 4、工作细致有责任心，结果导向，具备较强的自驱力与学习能力，能够在不确定环境下快速迭代方案； 5、熟练使用Excel和SQL，掌握Python/R中一种者优先，有建模或大规模数据分析实践经验者优先，具备将数据洞察转化为策略与项目的能力； 6、英语可作为工作语言，有印尼本地经验或印尼语能力者优先。
