1、本科及以上学历，3年以上商品运营、促销活动机制设计或招商经验，具备电商平台价格管理或竞争策略运营、价格治理、竞价等经验者优先； 2、具备出色的目标管理、战略思维和策略分析能力，有经营分析、商业分析背景优先； 3、精通数据分析，能够熟练运用SQL、Python等工具进行深度分析，从数据中发现问题、定位机会并驱动决策； 4、良好的理解能力和沟通表达能力，善于复杂的跨部门协作； 5、英语可作为工作语言，具备跨国/跨文化团队工作经验者优先。
