1、补贴策略操盘与规划：负责东南亚（SEA）电商商品补贴整体策略与大盘预算分配；结合补贴率与规模目标，输出体系化的补贴策略，持续优化大盘补贴ROI（钱效）； 2、深度数据分析与机会挖掘：主导深入的数据分析，挖掘人群、货盘、场景的增长机会点；通过前置性测算、数据归因与精细化拆解，实现目标补贴率下的高效增长； 3、算法驱动与策略演进：具备扎实的算法理解能力，与算法团队紧密合作，强力推动补贴策略的算法化演进（如智能化资源分配），实现复杂约束条件下的策略最优化； 4、策略评估与风控管理：主导补贴策略的A/B测试设计；通过定性与定量评估，监控策略商业影响，验证并提升指标（ROI、GMV等）； 5、跨端协同与项目落地：作为策略中枢，高效统筹本地供给侧（招商、商家）与流量侧（算法、UG）、数据科学、财务等多方团队，确保复杂项目从规划到执行顺利推进，实现商业目标的一致性。

1、具备3年以上用户运营工作经验，具有资深的补贴操盘、营销策略设计或大盘预算分配经验者优先； 2、较强的数据分析能力：对数据高度敏感，逻辑严密；能够熟练使用SQL、Python等工具独立完成深度数据挖掘；精通A/B测试及其在策略验证中的应用； 3、优秀的补贴策略输出能力：具备深刻的用户洞察与电商营销玩法经验，能独立输出复杂场景下的高效补贴策略，熟悉资源分配优化问题（如背包问题、动态规划等）；对基本营销增长算法（如Uplift模型）有一定理解； 4、卓越的协同与项目管理能力：能够高效管理多个复杂项目，兼顾全局视野与细节把控；擅长跨团队沟通，能在跨文化的团队环境中推动多方达成共识； 5、英语流利，可作为工作语言，具有国际化工作或生活经验者优先； 6、思维开放；具备商业分析、统计学、计算机科学、数据科学等相关领域学士及以上学历者优先。
