1、负责TikTok Shop欧美Shopping Tab/Mall的货盘与供给策略，围绕类目、价格带、品牌/白牌结构制定阶段性供给目标与路径； 2、设计供给侧运营机制（招商准入、上新节奏、爆品孵化、滞销治理、仓配与时效约束），提升供给可用性与履约稳定； 3、与行业运营、平台招商、履约、风控协作，解决跨境供给的关键问题（时效、退货、合规、价格竞争力）； 4、建立供给与交易联动的指标体系与看板（供给覆盖、价格带覆盖、库存与履约、供给转化），持续迭代策略。

1、1年及以上电商平台招商/类目/供给运营经验，熟悉供给侧关键指标与方法； 2、对类目与价格带有商业判断，能在供给、价格、履约约束下做策略取舍； 3、强数据分析与项目推进能力，能推动多方资源拿结果； 4、英语可作为工作语言，有跨境/欧美市场经验优先。
