1、全域多维策略分析，挖掘商家增长机会点，建立系统化的商家分析框架，持续监测并深度剖析不同场域（短视频/直播/货架/搜索）的流量效率与转化差异，识别内容场与货架场的联动机会；拆解流量结构，区分站内商城自然流量、付费流量与站外引流资源的贡献度与ROI表现，为商家寻找低成本高转化的流量机会点；人群诊断，针对商家的新客获取成本、老客复购率、购买频次及客单价/ARPU值进行分层聚类，挖掘人群运营层面的渗透率提升空间与增长杠杆； 2、设计定制化与规模化的商家增长方案，针对平台商家，设计定制化增长方案，涵盖场域组合优化、流量预算分配建议、人群触达策略及货品匹配机制，并协同行业运营团队推动落地执行；对于具备高潜力的商家，提炼共性增长瓶颈与机会点，输出标准化的规模化增长SOP，实现商家群体的整体提效； 3、牵头专项攻坚，拉动内部协同闭环，针对商家增长过程中的系统性痛点（如流量瓶颈、转化效率、老客复购、直播流量承接能力弱、站外回流链路缺失等），发起并主导内部专项课题；联动产品、行业运营等团队，输出明确的业务需求与解决方案，推动增长专项，确保分析结论有效转化为生产力，形成“分析-策略-落地-复盘”的完整闭环； 4、搭建增长监控体系与资源效能评估，搭建商家增长健康度数据看板，实时追踪场域效率、流量构成、人群变化及ROI波动，设置预警机制；统筹商家相关的平台激励资源（流量券、补贴、曝光位等），基于ROI评估模型进行策略化分配，确保平台资源投入产出比最大化。

1、本科及以上学历，4年以上策略运营相关工作经验，其中至少3年专注于策略分析、商业分析或行业运营中台方向； 2、具备电商平台侧的从业背景，熟悉平台型业务的运转机制； 3、具备策略分析/商业分析（BA）相关背景，擅长通过数据驱动识别业务问题与增长机会，并拉动团队，以专项方式提供解决方案； 4、精通SQL、Excel、AI Agent等数据分析工具，能熟练拆解场域效率、流量来源、人群资产、ROI等复杂维度，从数据中提炼核心洞察； 5、能够根据分析结论灵活输出差异化的解决方案，能深入一线做“定制化”精细运营，并对共性内容做“规模化”产品化输出； 6、具备较强的内部协作意识，能够主动拉通产品、运营等多方资源，在组织中推动复杂项目高效落地。
