1、针对电商业务发展的不同阶段，基于前台业务及物流团队规划，主动发掘物流体验优化机会点，制定东南亚六国物流体验通用横向解决方案以及实施路线，并基于各国物流业务现状，与本地物流运营协作，对横向通用方案进行定制化改造，以适配本国业务需求，保障方案落地性，推动业务目标达标； 2、物流体验方案涉及领域：物流服务产品拓展（如次日达、小时达、自提驿站等）、行业物流解决方案（如生鲜、水果、大件（含安装））、发货体验提升（如商家分仓/认证仓发解决方案）、配送体验优化（如超时/丢失/破损/虚假签收问题解决等）； 3、独立负责物流体验某一领域的电商物流体验项目，作为项目负责人，需具备完整的项目全生命周期管理能力，制定合理的项目计划，明确各环节责任人及时间节点，主动跟进项目进度，及时协调解决项目推进中的各类阻碍，确保项目按计划落地。

1、本科及以上学历，供应链、物流管理、工业工程等相关专业，具有电商平台、传统快消供应链管理经验者优先； 2、熟练使用英语沟通，能够与来自多个地区的利益相关者进行沟通与协调； 3、数据驱动，贴近业务一线，基于实践和理论经验，发现问题、分析问题并提出可行解决方案； 4、具备项目管理能力，较强的学习能力、逻辑分析能力、沟通能力，结果导向，具备责任意识； 5、3年以上物流运营工作经验； 6、工作地点可选上海、北京、深圳、杭州，无长期国际化派驻要求，但涉及国内外短期差旅。
