1、作为Agent架构负责人，致力于打造一个深度集成大模型能力的商家助手，构建工业级Agent架构，帮助商家工作台从“功能型工具”向“智能化助手”的代际升级；探索包括Planning、Sub-Agent协同、Skills、MCP在内的多智能体协作模式，确保系统具备处理复杂、多步任务的能力，并能持续演进； 2、作为商家助手研发核心，将前沿的AI技术转化为稳定、可靠的商家服务能力，这包括知识工程、RAG、记忆和对话状态管理等； 3、作为最前沿的AI领域的技术专家，能够时刻紧跟前沿技术，利用LLM能力及Agent架构，让最新最先进的LLM方案能够快速在业务中落地，提升商家助手智能化能力； 4、定义并建立一套科学的AI助手评测框架（Evaluation&Benchmarking），持续追踪和量化智能体在任务完成度、用户满意度和业务贡献上的表现，通过数据驱动产品迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上后端或架构相关工作经验，具备扎实的计算机理论基础和代码能力，至少精通Go/Java等主流后端语言中的一门； 2、具备较强的业务抽象和架构设计能力，熟悉常见设计模式和架构思想，有持续学习习惯，了解行业最新技术趋势，可结合业务场景灵活落地； 3、熟悉主流KV（Redis/MongoDB）、ElasticSearch和向量检索架构，熟悉消息队列、规则引擎等常用基础组件，熟悉Spark/Flink等大数据计算工具，具有多线程及高性能的设计、编码及性能调优经验； 4、了解常用的机器学习原理，了解算法迭代流程，有AI大模型应用、运筹优化应用经验者优先； 5、具备问题拆解分析能力，跨团队沟通协调能力优先。
