1、负责TikTok Shop欧美大促节奏与作战方案（黑五网一、季节大促、主题IP），整合平台招商/供给/流量/营销资源，推动GMV与钱效达成； 2、设计大促核心机制（货盘策略、价格带策略、玩法组合、频道承接、资源位分配），并沉淀可复用的SOP； 3、牵头大促全链路推进：目标拆解、排期、资源协调、风险预案、复盘，确保跨时区团队协作高效； 4、监控大促实时指标（曝光、点击、加购、支付、退款、履约），快速定位问题并推动产品/策略调整。

1、3年及以上电商平台大促/营销/增长运营经验，熟悉平台大促节奏与资源管理； 2、具备较强的策略能力与数据分析能力，能将目标拆解为可执行的机制与动作； 3、具备较强的项目推进能力，能协调多方资源、推动项目落地； 4、英语可作为工作语言，有欧美市场经验优先。
