1、负责反自动化作弊与人机识别能力建设，结合设备、账号、流量、行为等多维信号，围绕营销反作弊、套利薅羊毛、刷单刷评、恶意退货退款、虚假履约等场景，构建风险识别与策略防控能力； 2、面向大规模自动化攻击及团伙化作弊，设计分层防控与应急处置方案，协同算法、工程、运营等团队，持续提升平台攻防对抗与风险防御能力； 3、建立风险主动发现与持续运营机制，通过数据分析、案例复盘、用户反馈等方式，持续发现新型风险、策略漏洞及误判问题，推动策略持续优化； 4、推动LLM、Agent等AI能力在风险发现、案件分析、策略运营及效率提升等场景中的落地应用，持续提升风控智能化水平。

1、具备风控策略产品经理工作经验，熟悉交易行为风险、账号安全、营销/渠道反作弊、刷单套利、恶意退款、刷评等一个或多个风险领域，并具备独立负责相关业务的能力； 2、具备扎实的技术理解与数据分析能力，熟悉SQL等数据分析工具，能够独立完成数据分析，提取风险信号，并形成业务洞察； 3、具备较强的攻防意识和风险洞察能力，熟悉自动化作弊、人机识别及攻防对抗，能够从设备、账号、流量、行为、交易等多维信号中抽象风险特征，主动发现策略漏洞并推动快速响应； 4、具备LLM、Agent Skill等AI技术的实践经验，能够推动AI在风险发现、案件分析、策略运营及效率提升等场景中的落地应用； 5、具备优秀的跨团队协作与项目推动能力，能够有效整合研发、算法及业务等多方资源，推动风控能力在不同风险场景中的落地，并持续创造业务价值。
