1、负责国际电商收/付款产品，集成不同市场的支付渠道能力，建设和完善收/付款系统能力，为电商商家/达人/机构/团长等角色提供及时、流畅、准确和安全的收款和付款产品服务； 2、负责国际电商余额和账户产品，包括货款余额、欠款、预留金和保证金等，建设和完善账户体系，为客户提供准确、安全和清晰易懂的账户服务； 3、深入了解国际化电商的业务模式和资金产品全流程，通过产品体验、数据分析、客户投诉分析等方式主动发现产品问题，并推进解决； 4、协同商家、联盟、GNE、国际支付及内部协作团队资源，承接好收/付款业务需求和持续优化产品，顺利推进研发团队完成产品技术方案、保证产品开发进度、质量和验收上线效果。

1、本科及以上学历，有较强的中后台产品抽象和框架提炼能力，能够深度理解和分析业务模式，能深入了解电商业务流程和基础架构，逻辑性强，有目标感，喜欢不断挑战； 2、有较好的数据分析能力，对数据敏感，善于发现和挖掘数据价值，检查数据准确性； 3、具有良好表达和跨团队沟通能力、处理复杂问题的能力、较强的自驱力； 4、有较强的项目管理能力，有好的优先级判断和横向协同能力，能多任务/场景多线推进项目高质量交付和落地； 5、有电商和支付经验优先，英语可作为工作语言。
