1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、数据分析等相关专业优先； 2、4年以上电商运营工作经验，熟悉用户增长、流量获取、内容营销、转化优化等方向，有品牌方市场营销活动策划与执行经验优先； 3、有流量型产品或内容型平台增长策略实操经验、平台级大促节奏策划或流量资源统筹经验者优先； 4、具备优秀的数据敏感度与分析能力，熟练使用SQL、Excel、Data Studio等工具； 5、逻辑清晰，具备良好的跨团队沟通与项目管理能力； 6、熟悉流量平台的投放，对归因和指标体系建设有经验，有国际流量相关工作者优先，英语口语好。
