日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持TikTok Shop新加坡市场大促商品策略的规划、执行与跟进，参与从策略制定到落地的完整过程； 2、协助推进大促选品、商品策略、平台招商、预算分配和补贴策略等重点专项，支持目标达成； 3、开展业务数据的整理与分析，围绕大促表现、广告投放、商家参与、品类增长等方向提供分析支持，包括趋势商品识别、广告表现分析、补贴策略测算、商家参与度及品类表现、供给策略研究等方向进行基础研究与信息收集； 4、维护项目所需的分析表格、进度追踪文档与会议纪要，确保数据与信息清晰、准确、可复用； 5、与多团队协同，推动大促按节奏落地，跟踪核心指标与关键进展，及时识别风险并支持策略调整。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能适应英文工作环境；跨文化沟通能力强，可与新加坡本地同事顺畅协作； 3、具备电商平台运营经验者优先；有大促运营、商品策略或商家运营相关经验者优先；有商业分析或市场营销背景者亦可考虑； 4、具备一定的数据分析能力，能独立完成基础数据整理并支撑业务判断；能在多项目并行时合理安排优先级；责任心强，耐心细致，注重执行质量； 5、有意向在市场或跨境电商行业长期发展，对东南亚电商业务持续保持关注，并愿意在该方向长期积累经验者。
