1、深度支持越南TikTok Shop电商业务，作为业务BP从战略和数据视角识别增长机会、诊断业务问题，并输出可落地的策略建议； 2、开展越南及东南亚电商市场研究、产品分析和行业趋势跟踪，为业务规划、资源投入和管理决策提供支持； 3、负责越南市场经营分析与目标管理，搭建和优化核心指标体系、目标拆解模型和经营监控机制，支持业务目标制定、过程追踪和复盘迭代； 4、围绕商家、达人、商品、内容、流量、用户转化等关键业务环节开展专项分析，结合数据洞察和业务判断，推动策略在业务团队落地。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上战略、经营分析、商业分析、数据分析或管理咨询等相关经验；有电商、内容电商或东南亚市场经验者优先； 2、具备较强的结构化思考和业务建模能力，能够独立搭建分析框架、指标体系和目标测算逻辑； 3、数据分析能力扎实，熟练使用AI相关工具，以及SQL/Excel等工具者优先；能够独立完成指标拆解、异动分析和经营复盘； 4、具备较强的策略输出和报告撰写能力，能将数据结论转化为业务判断和落地动作； 5、具备良好的沟通协同和项目推进能力，能与业务、运营、数据、产品及国际化团队高效协作； 6、英语能力优秀，可作为工作语言进行跨团队沟通、会议讨论和汇报表达。
