1、负责TikTok Shop搜索相关功能模块的产品规划及版本迭代管理； 2、负责TikTok Shop搜索基础和垂直体验优化，确保该方向具备良好的循环迭代机制； 3、理解电商搜索用户需求和痛点，建立行业领先的产品及内容形态，并针对搜索需求制定合理的策略和呈现样式，确保用户内容消费体验； 4、了解电商搜索垂直场景用户和供给的差异化，联动行业和商家，建立垂直电商搜索解决方案，满足垂直场景下的用户需求； 5、对已有内容做结构化挖掘和利用，充分发挥其价值；能够协同内外部内容及生产力资源，提升所需内容供给，以满足用户的内容消费体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学/统计学/计算机等理工科相关专业优先； 2、有搜索产品相关经验优先； 3、跨团队协作能力强，具备优秀的沟通表达能力。

加分项： 1、有语言能力优先（英文）。
