1、负责国际化电商个性化推荐算法优化，包括短视频、图文、新用户推荐等场景，通过长序列建模进行用户长短期及潜在兴趣挖掘，提升推荐精准性与多样性； 2、优化推荐全链路（召回、粗排、精排、重排）模型，运用深度序列、多目标优化、多模态表征学习等技术提升信息匹配效率与发现性，持续提升业务指标； 3、探索前沿技术在电商推荐场景的落地应用，包括LLM4Rec、生成式召回/排序及AI Agent驱动的自动化调参、智能实验管理与交互式推荐； 4、通过算法自动挖掘优质商品和达人，优化供给侧分发效率与冷启动机制，构建良性内容电商生态； 5、结合国际化电商业务特性进行模型和算法创新，打造业界领先的推荐系统。

1、扎实的算法和数据结构基础，优秀的编码能力； 2、在搜索、广告、推荐或大模型领域，有参与或主导过模型复杂化、大模型落地等经验； 3、熟悉PyTorch或TensorFlow，熟悉开源大模型（如LLaMA、Qwen、DeepSeek等），有模型或大模型训练与推理优化经验优先； 4、熟悉C++和Python语言，熟悉Linux开发环境； 5、具备优秀的学习能力和良好的团队合作精神，在KDD、NeurIPS、WWW、SIGIR、WSDM、ICML、IJCAI、AAAI、RecSys等会议发表过论文，或有数据挖掘/机器学习相关竞赛经历优先。
