1、服务策略体系搭建与迭代：牵头制定公司中长期服务战略规划，结合业务发展目标、商家经营旅程及行业趋势，搭建覆盖营销、财务、履约与售后、违规申诉等场景的全流程服务策略体系，明确服务标准、流程规范与考核指标； 2、负责服务质量管控与持续改进，建立服务质量评估体系，定期分析服务数据，识别服务痛点与瓶颈，推动跨部门协同优化，形成“监测-分析-改进-复盘”的闭环管理机制；主导商家分层服务策略落地，针对不同价值、不同生命周期阶段的商家，设计差异化服务方案，降低商家求助难度，并提升商家满意度； 3、服务智能化落地：参与服务智能化转型规划，结合公司服务场景需求，制定各场景智能化建设产品路径图与实施计划；参与智能化服务产品的选型、落地与迭代，推动技术与业务场景深度融合，替代重复性服务工作，提升服务响应速度与精准度； 4、跟踪行业服务创新与智能化技术动态，引入标杆实践与先进方法，组织内部创新试点，推动服务模式与智能化能力的持续升级。

1、本科及以上学历，具备服务策略、运营管理经验，有服务智能化（AI/大数据方向）相关项目从0-1经验； 2、具备互联网、电商、金融、消费品等行业服务体系搭建与智能化转型实战经验，有智能客服、服务中台等项目从规划到落地的成功案例； 3、具备系统性思考能力，能结合业务目标制定科学可行的服务战略与智能化规划，擅长从全局视角平衡体验、效率与成本； 4、熟悉AI客服、自然语言处理（NLP）、大数据分析、自动化流程等技术，能精准对接技术团队，推动智能化产品与服务场景的深度适配，解决技术落地中的实际问题； 5、具备较强的数据分析与解读能力，能通过服务数据挖掘问题，构建分析模型，驱动服务策略与智能化方案的迭代优化。
