1、负责国际化电商预算和项目管理的工作，推进预算和项目管理线上化，提升预算实施流程的运营效率和预算管控的实时和准确性； 2、深入了解国际化电商收/支相关的业务模式和玩法，深入了解电商业务流程和相关系统架构，完成业务场景和流程梳理，以及场景接入； 3、完善国际化电商预算系统的产品规划和推进落地，包括预算编制、预算/项目执行、预算分析等全流程产品功能设计； 4、协同财务BP、资管、战略、运营及内部协作团队资源，承接好业务需求和持续优化产品，顺利推进研发团队完成产品技术方案、保证产品开发进度、质量和验收上线效果。

1、有电商中后台产品经验或支付结算产品经验优先，有预算管理相关工作背景优先； 2、有较强的中后台产品抽象和框架提炼能力，能够深度分析和理解用户需求，逻辑性强，有目标感，喜欢不断挑战； 3、有较好的数据分析能力，对数据敏感，善于发现和挖掘数据价值； 4、具有良好表达和跨团队沟通能力、处理复杂问题的能力、较强的自驱力； 5、本科及以上学历，财务和计算机等专业优先，英语可作为工作语言。
