1、基于对泰国本地市场的深度洞察与数据分析，制定大促供给的整体增长策略与年度目标；通过精准的诊断归因，对供给增长、品类健康度等关键指标负责； 2、设计并优化货品补贴框架、资金分配及卖家机制，提升流量效率、转化率、CIR及ROAS； 3、协同各团队搭建高效的商品运营链路与数据监控体系；通过制定差异化的扶持策略，推动新品冷启动、大促商品结构优化等关键动作落地与迭代； 4、结合用户视角与消费趋势，定义并策划有增长潜力的货盘，针对特定商品方向成立并主导跨职能专项；牵头产品、行业运营、数据算法等资源，确保项目高效落地并分阶段取得业务成果； 5、牵头推进价格力、锁库存等重点专项，通过产品对标与策略优化、协同行业和商家锁价锁库存等动作，提升平台价格竞争力、减少缺货损失。

1、本科及以上学历，专业方向包括但不限于商科、市场营销、经济学、统计学、供应链或相关领域； 2、4年及以上电商运营工作经验；具备类目管理、货品规划、大促运营、商业策略等相关经验； 3、能够熟练运用数据诊断业务问题、评估机会空间并推动项目落地；需熟练使用Excel，具备SQL、BI工具或数据建模经验者优先； 4、具备优秀的项目管理与团队合作能力； 5、英语可作为流利的工作语言。
