1、负责国际物流固定资产及长期资产的全生命周期管理，覆盖资产需求、采购到仓、验收、入账、使用、盘点、调拨、维修、报废和处置等环节，建立并维护资产台账，确保资产位置、使用人、责任部门、资产状态、启用时间、调拨维修报废记录等信息准确、完整、及时，组织资产到仓后的清点验收、编号贴标、交接签收和系统登记，协同财务完成转固、入账和账实核对，定期开展资产盘点、抽盘和异常跟踪，确保资产真实、账实一致、过程可追溯； 2、跟踪资产利用率、闲置率、盘点差异率、转固及时率、处置及时率等指标，推动闲置资产复用、调拨和降本优化； 3、配合业务、财务、采购、仓库及审计团队，完善资产管理流程和制度，保障资产管理合规、高效闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，财务、供应链、物流、资产管理、工程管理等相关专业优先； 2、具备固定资产管理、仓储物流、供应链运营、财务运营或内控相关经验； 3、熟悉资产验收、台账维护、系统登记、盘点、调拨、维修、报废等流程； 4、具备较强的责任心、数据敏感度和跨部门沟通能力，能推动问题闭环； 5、能适应跨区域协作，英文能作为工作语言。
