1、需求预测协同：牵头与国家线、行业线等多方进行需求预测协同，结合销量趋势、促销节奏、季节性等因素，输出准确的滚动预测，并持续跟踪预测准确率并迭代优化； 2、单品备货计划与策略：负责国际化仓SKU级别的备货计划制定，结合销量预测、补货周期、头程时效、安全库存水位等因素，设计差异化备货策略； 3、缺货与滞销控制：建立缺货与滞销双向预警机制，及时识别断货风险并推动补货，针对滞销库存制定清仓等消化方案，持续优化库存健康度（周转天数、动销率、售罄率）； 4、库存与价格联动：基于库存水位、库龄、动销情况，联动定价与营销团队制定动态调价及促销策略，平衡库存周转与利润目标，降低仓储成本与减值风险； 5、数据分析与流程优化：搭建并完善计划相关的数据看板与指标体系，量化评估计划效果，推动计划流程、系统工具与协同机制的持续优化。

1、本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、工业工程、统计学、数学等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上供应链计划/需求计划/库存计划相关经验，有国际化仓、跨境电商背景者优先； 3、熟悉需求预测、备货补货、库存管理、S&OP等计划方法论，具备端到端供应链视角； 4、数据分析能力强，精通Excel，熟悉SQL、BI工具（如Tableau、Power BI）者优先； 5、具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力与推动力，能在多方目标间寻求平衡； 6、逻辑清晰、结果导向，能适应多变的业务环境。
