1、驱动战略专项：独立负责关键业务专项的规划与执行，从问题界定、目标拆解到方案设计，端到端地推动项目落地，确保战略方向与业务成果达成一致； 2、深度业务诊断：围绕用户、商品、流量、交易等电商核心环节，建立系统性的分析框架；通过数据分析、用户研究、市场扫描等手段，精准定位业务的痛点、瓶颈与增长杠杆； 3、制定与评估策略：基于深刻的业务理解与数据洞察，产出高质量的业务策略与解决方案；同时，设计并实施A/B测试等科学评估方法，持续追踪策略效果，迭代优化； 4、赋能业务决策：构建并完善业务指标体系，沉淀分析方法论与决策模型；通过可视化的数据报告与清晰的逻辑呈现，为管理层和业务团队提供决策支持，提升整体决策水平； 5、高效跨部门协同：作为策略中枢，与产品、运营、算法、研发等多个团队建立紧密的合作关系，对齐目标、凝聚共识、整合资源，共同推动复杂项目的跨部门协作与落地。

1、丰富的电商理解：2-4年及以上互联网电商、策略分析、商业分析或相关领域工作经验，理解电商全链路（人、货、场）的运作模式与商业逻辑； 2、卓越的问题解决能力：具备出色的结构化思维与逻辑分析能力，能够将复杂的业务问题拆解为可分析、可执行的模块，并建立有效的分析框架与模型； 3、扎实的数据能力：具备数据处理、统计分析和建模的能力；熟悉常用的数据分析方法论，如归因分析、用户增长模型、实验设计（A/B Testing）等； 4、强大的沟通与推动力：具备优秀的跨团队沟通、协同与资源整合能力；能够清晰、有说服力地呈现自己的观点，影响并推动不同职能的团队共同解决问题，拿到结果； 5、自驱与好奇心：对业务有强烈的好奇心和求知欲，能够主动学习、自我驱动，在不确定性的环境中发现问题、定义问题并解决问题。
