1、负责泰国TikTok Shop电商平台大促策略制定与运营管理，统筹平台A-SS级大促项目，作为项目负责人对大促结果负责（GMV，ROAS等指标），完成目标设定，路径拆解，过程管理与复盘沉淀； 2、协同市场、场域运营、货品运营、产品等合作方，建立大促协同机制，支持专项分析，对齐策略目标并统筹监督各渠道在促期的运营和指标达成； 3、负责活动风险把控，建立活动前、中、后关键过程监控和优化机制，对活动中突发情况能快速应对并及时做出判断和调整； 4、对大促全链路数据负责，进行目标拆解，过程监控，效果评估及复盘总结，沉淀可复用的方法论与运营机制，善用AI工具提升运营效率与规模化能力。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上电商运营工作经验，有国际电商/内容电商经验优先； 2、具备成熟的策略思维与结构化分析能力，能够将复杂的目标拆解为可执行方案，并推动持续优化和迭代； 3、具备优秀的跨团队沟通和组织协同能力，较强自我驱动力，目标感和结果导向； 4、优秀的数据分析能力，熟练运用数据分析工具进行活动监测、漏斗诊断及复盘总结； 5、具备良好的英语能力，英语可作为工作语言。
